J’avais déjà eu plusieurs expériences avec les titres-services dans différentes agences, mais je n’ai jamais vraiment été satisfaite. Les aides-ménagères arrivaient toujours en retard, ne déplaçaient pas les meubles pour bien nettoyer, passaient du temps au téléphone… bref, une véritable catastrophe. Avec Limpea, honnêtement, dès le début j’ai ressenti un professionnalisme complètement différent. L’attention que l’on m’a accordée, depuis la demande jusqu’au jour où l’aide-ménagère est venue, a été remarquable. Et l’aide-ménagère est fantastique: très attentive aux détails, elle laisse ma maison parfaitement organisée, avec une odeur agréable, impeccable.
